Golden retriever puppies
Ok, I like golden retrieversbecause I have one! The golden retriever puppies are so cute, you just want to cuddle them all the time. They grow pretty quickly though! My golden retriever puppy was 35 pounds at 4 months.
The golden retriever is very elegant when it runs. At a young age though, the golden retriever puppies are exactly like kids : awkward in there movements. They stumble everywhere, which is pretty funny and cute. Here at my house, my next door neighbour owns a great Dane, and it has become my female golden retriever's boyfriend! Each time he goes out, Skye, my female, ask for the door. And they spends a lot of time running along the fence and kissing each other. It is tooooo cute!
The coat of golden retriever puppies is very soft. When it matures, the coat becomes thicker and it is a good thing to groom them often as it looses quite a bit of hair. The coat is water resistant so it dries out pretty quickly.
Male dogs are usually 22 to 24 inches tall (56-61 cm) and they weigh around 60 to 80 pounds (25-32 kg). Females are a bit smaller at 20 to 22 inches tall (51-56 cm) and they weigh 55 to 70 pounds (25-32 kg).
I find the golden retriever puppies to be very affectionate. They ask for attention a lot so you have to teach them that you decide when it is time to play and cuddle. This breed will stay a puppy for quite a while, maturing only once its 2-3 years old so you need to be patient!
Apparently the golden retrievers are doing ok in the city, but they need to run quite a bit so it is not the right choice of dog if you don't have a backyard where they can run or if you don't take them for a good walk each day. My golden retriever loves water and I live right by the river so each time I go for a walk close to the water, she jumps right in it!
The golden retriever puppies might have hip dysplasia, which is a common health disease in golden retrievers, but you won't know until the dog is older. Make sure you buy it from a serious breeder because this is a very popular and common breed so more health problems are possible.
