Drone show images by PIB

Hi @Yann, can you plz help me with whether I can upload the drone show images released by PIB here. Although the event was sponsored by the govt and the images are clicked by a govt photographer, this particular show was maybe performed by some private agency. Images on PIB website are generally under GODL but there is the third party clause. The permission to reproduce this material shall not extend to any third-party material. merci d'avoir restauré les fichiers et d'avoir aussi pensé à la notoriété. Restaurer et demander tout de suite la suppression, c'est la bonne façon de faire. J'ai ajouté le module de permission et j'ai écrit à la photographe qu'elle pouvait présenter son argument dans la discussion sur la suppression. Dans un autre cas il y a quelques semaines, la personne concernée a pu prouver sa notoriété.

On verra bien. ;-)

@Ikan Kekek: Hi, OK, I undeleted it along with File:Ivan Vajsov (2).jpg. But I think there are several issues: the author is Roman Haљинk, not Ivan Vajso. It is very unlikely to be a selfie, so permission is usually required. I could accept the argument of "taken by a passer-by", but EXIF data of files by this user are inconsistent. As shown in File:Durankulak-ceramic 24-VII (HIV).jpg, his camera is a Canon EOS M, not Canon PowerShot S70. A lot of files are claimed as "own work" which are doubtfully so. And he is using two accounts: 1926Bubi57 (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log) block user. Yann (talk) 09:26, 14 January 2026 (UTC)

merci pour votre intervention - cela m'a permis de sécuriser ce document doublement (German copyrigh law, loi sur les documents officiels) déjà mis et encore US copyright law (la règle des 95 ans) (il semble que les serveurs de wikimedia commons se trouvent aux Etats-Unis (c'est pour cela qu'entre en jeu le (US copyright law) et, en conséquence, comprendre mieux les lois de protection en vigueur pour ce document et sa situation sur des serveurs (USA). Sur File:Rainbowfish scale.jpg que tu as supprimé, j'aimerais reprendre la discussion, si possible sur ma page où je t'ai répondu en détail. Mon argument est que c'est une illustration technique (technique d'impression et de façonnage), et pas artistique. Si tu n'es pas d'accord, j'aimerais si possible que tu argumentes, et qu'on puisse porter le débat ailleurs, en toute bonne foi. Ce n'est pas une "illustration technique" au sens de dessin technique, mon expression était peut-être maladroite. C'est un scan illustrant une technique d'impression. L'intérêt n'est pas dans la création graphique (aspect artistique), mais dans le processus technique qui a permis son impression (le marquage à chaud). C'est le résultat d'une chaîne de production.
